By engaging with Herbarium Interiors, you're agreeing to the parameters of our boutique interior design process. We believe that clarity upfront leads to better results downstream. Have you reviewed your specific project scope yet?
1. Bespoke Design Revisions
Our conceptualization phase is iterative. We include two major rounds of revisions within our standard bespoke package. We've found that this balance allows for creative exploration while keeping your timeline on track. Any modifications beyond this will be billed at our hourly studio rate. We don't like surprises, and we're sure you don't either.
2. Space Planning & Staging
For staging services, Herbarium Interiors maintains ownership of all rented furniture and decor unless a purchase agreement is executed. Our team requires 48 hours' notice for site access. We're committed to the safety of your property, though liability for minor wear and tear during installation rests with the client as per industry standards.
Sustainability Clause
As a provider of green interior solutions, we prioritise sustainable materials. While we strive for 100% eco-friendly sourcing, supply chain constraints occasionally require traditional alternatives. We'll always notify you beforehand.
3. Liability & Performance
We're dedicated to delivering excellence. However, Herbarium Interiors isn't liable for delays caused by third-party contractors or material shortages. Our liability is limited to the total value of the design fees paid. It's a standard safeguard, but your satisfaction remains our primary North Star.
